Entrepreneurial Spirit
Once a week, 13-year old Mariellen Auer, propped up on two telephone books so she could see over the steering wheel of the family car, made her rounds of Southwest Michigan grocery stores selling the zucchini she raised on her family’s farm. The zucchinis were fresh and sales were brisk. It was then that Mariellen became addicted to possibilities.
Sports
Besides being a great young sales person, Mariellen was also a sports enthusiast. At 5’2” she could walk under a volleyball net, but that didn’t stop her from becoming a leader on Western Michigan University’s Division I volleyball team. Today she coaches a Jr. Olympic volleyball team. Volunteers with the Special Olympics. Rides her bike, plays volleyball with friends and golfs. Mariellen discovered she was addicted to winning.

Energy
Being around Mariellen can be exhausting. She’s lightning in a bottle, a human dynamo, a perpetual motion machine. She’s always working to help clients meet their goals. She’s always working to exceed expectations. That’s because she’s addicted to results.
