Traditional custom screen printing covers fabric with ink, making it nearly impossible for air or moisture to pass through. The Sublimation process dyes the fabric with color, which helps maintain a fabrics "wicking" characteristics (the ability to breathe and let moisture through). And because our process dyes each thread of the fabric, there is no peeling, flaking or noticeable color change. For high quality apparel printing on breathable fabric, sublimation can't be beat.
In short - You get the highest quality shirt, in rich, long lasting color with custom design for less money. And get this - we can do small orders! In fact, we encourage them.
What colors can I use?
Our digital process allows us unlimited use of colors, except for metallics, fluorescents and printing lighter colors on darker garments. The great thing about this is we can match your company or team colors.
What apparel can you print on?
Any garment that is made for sublimation such as 100% polyester shirts. White is the preferable color, but you can print on light colors such as gray, yellow or pink. Many manufacturers are starting to make all kinds of clothing; polos, tank tops, team uniforms and t-shirts that even feel like cotton.
On what part of the apparel can I print?
We can print on the fronts, backs, sides and sleeves of shirts. Our maximum print size is 13” x15”
